We’re doing the ‘tour de Midwest’ this Thanksgiving, starting out in arctic (but AWESOME) Ohio. I’m not complaining that it’s cold, I’m honestly thrilled! I grew up here and holidays just feel more like holidays when there’s a chill in the air!
Today’s outfit didn’t quite make the suitcase cut. It’s so cold that if you’re not made of cashmere, fleece or faux fur, you’re sitting this trip out. It has however been on heavy rotation this fall and was perfect for a little stroll through Georgetown a few weeks ago. I wanted to shoot in Georgetown because it’s so beautiful in the fall so we decided to head back to my old apartment building. Fall in DC is also pretty awesome, and the top I wore under my jacket is pretty much the color scheme for a Georgetown fall. Isn’t this top gorg?! It comes in a super cute shift dress that’s perfect for holiday parties.
Happy holiday week y’all!
