Caroline Constas is a new go-to designer here on L. Avenue. You’ve seen Lauren and me feature her fall 2016 and spring 2017 collection from this and this post. Constas has certainly mastered the art of the statement outfit and this dress is a favorite find. Her feminine designs coupled with bold patterns make this off shoulder dress so flirty and fun.
