Hi, my name is Lyndsey and I’m addicted to sunglasses. True story, you guys. I switch mine out on the reg and can’t resist adding a new pair to my collection. I’ve got sunnies in every drawer, handbag, console, nook and cranny of my chaotic life. When I think about it, it makes sense to me. I spend hours a day in sunglasses, mostly carpooling kids all over town and myself to boutiques and meetings for this blog gig. A pretty solid basis for justifying new shades, right? Lately, I’ve been on the hunt for a new go-to pair and these Kate Spade gems are the winners. They’re the perfect statement glasses for this fall floral outfit. My new go-with-everything shades are also great with denim and a blazer for life’s everyday adventures.
There’s another fashion addiction that keeps popping up on L. Avenue, and I’m guilty as charged. Big, bold prints. The bolder the better. So if this Kate Spade retro print is wrong, I’ll serve my time in style. Wearing this matching top and bottom together gives off a jumpsuit feel but each piece also stands on its own. I’ll rock the top tucked into a full skirt for holiday parties and the pants are super cute with a blazer for meetings or daytime events. And I’m all about mixing this 70’s-goes-modern outfit with a classic pair of sunnies.
