We’re taking a spin off of last week’s meal plan and providing you with a dozen delicious recipes that meet Whole30 criteria this week. We figure there are more of you on this regimen in January than any other time of year as this elimination diet has become the go-to reset button for many after their holiday indulgences. A round of applause to the food bloggers for concocting such flavorful, picturesque dishes with so many constraints. Grains and legumes, begone! We’re cooking these recipes all year long and not at all mad about it.
Pictured above is Eye Swoon’s ROASTED PUMPKIN SPROUTS WITH POACHED EGGS. No better place to begin than the breakfast table, and I could definitely start every day like this. Swap out the pumpkin for pre-diced butternut squash as a simple timesaver that doesn’t sacrifice flavor.
Completely restaurant worthy!
Throw the game on, and your guy will never know these were made with ghee and are completely Whole30.
Pretty picture perfect here as a party app, but this can just as soon be made as a simple chicken salad you stow in the fridge for quick weekday lunches.
If this doesn’t look like a crowd pleaser, I don’t know what does.
This is dinner-party fancy and totally full-proof.
The secret here is in the amazing spice blend.
Sub in cauliflower rice where she calls for couscous, and you’ve got a totally compliant and ridiculously beautiful dinner to serve.
It’s still soup season, and we’re not complaining. The combination of these cozy flavors will make you wish winter would never end.
The crunch of the walnuts and honeycrisp apples here make a sad salad lunch much, much happier.
A one-skillet wonder! Use a Primal Kitchen mayo for the aioli to make sure it’s totally Whole30 approved.
Such a great one to meal prep on Sunday and to ward off sickness with the powerful (and colorful!) turmeric.
Whole30, Paleo, whatever January diet or not, you’ll want to devour these recipes from now until December. Have a great week, everyone!
