Anybody else struggle to get your kiddos to eat their greens? I once read that you have to introduce a food to as many as 150 times for a child to potentially sign on board to eat it. Seriously?! Seems like a waste of time and food, but I continue to put veggies on the kids’ plates and they continue to stay on their “do not eat” list.
My friends at Rollin Greens sent me this recipe for cheesy broccoli millet tots and it’s delish! Have y’all tried millet tots? We subbed in these ancient grain tots for regular tater tots (that I grew up on!) about a year ago and haven’t looked back. They are so delicious and healthy too!
