It takes a while for sweater season to make its way to H-town so I typically wait for fall sales to snatch up my favorites. I’m now on the hunt and wanted to share some of my favorites with y’all in case you’re still adding to your sweater stash. Here’s a recap of my favorite cozy sweaters of the season. Some you’ve seen blogged, others are on my wish list.
Our first big cold front is blowing through this weekend so I ordered this Vince sweater. This burnt orange color is hot for fall and I’ve had my eye on it for months. Still not on sale, this gem I think is a rare find that’s worth full price. A steal version sweater in the same hue is this longer cardigan from Nordstrom. If rust isn’t your color jam, this gray minimalist cardi from Madewell is pretty great, as is this trendy black and white fringe gem. Both under $150 too. This turtleneck is probably my favorite swather this season with it’s Rainbow Bright retro vibe. I also love this navy tunic pullover from Tibi (on sale!!) and this red Joie off-the-shoulder screams holiday season. I’m also really into capes this fall. They are just so easy to throw on over a button down, turtleneck or long sleeve tee. My favorite capes of the season come from Mara Hoffman, Theory and Rag & Bone and this steal from Gap (on sale!!).
