Do or don’t? | GENDER REVEAL

our gender reveal balloon box…

We’ve gone back and forth about a gender reveal for the past few months. We found out the gender during my first two pregnancies without a second thought. With Leighton we did the ever popular pink or blue cake cutting reveal and with Charlotte I got a little more creative and did a cheese cutting (ha!) where we sliced into a baked brie and the filling inside either raspberry or blueberry. Pink prevailed for both reveals and I’m dying to know if it’s bows or bow ties for baby #3.

Bret really wants to be surprised and wait until the baby is born to find out the gender. This will most likely be our last little one so it would be unique and special to wait. But WAITNIG IS SO HARD! And not knowing the gender makes planning virtuously impossible. I’m 23 weeks and have yet to buy anything for this baby. The poor kid. Someone said that if we’ve already had 2 of the same sex then our chances of a third of that gender are 75%. What do you think? Should we find out or wait and be surprised? Just in case we decide to find out, I’ve got a giant balloon box occupying in the living room for a trendy balloon reveal. Until then, it’ll be a great spot for hide-and-seek…
