Toss, restore, organize
Tackle a nagging task
Act more energetic

This idea does seem a bit hokey. Kind of like that cult favorite book that says if you think/feel/believe you’ll win the lottery it will happen. Ha. Gail (our author) states, “Athough we presume that we act because we feel, in fact we often feel because of the way we act.” I say I’m tired A LOT. And while lack of sleep isn’t helping the situation, maybe if I’m not constantly complaing/reminding myself, I’ll actually feel less tired. And even if this isn’t effective, at least I complain a little less.

And if all else fails, drink more coffee!
